What is the lead time for embroidered badges?

Allow 5 to 7 days for the prototype and 10 to 15 days for a standard run (up to 500 pieces). For larger volumes (2,000+), we set a custom schedule. Europe delivery adds 5 to 7 days via DHL Express.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We produce from 25 pieces. For small runs (25 to 100), a setup fee may apply; for 100 pieces and above, our pricing is transparent and degressive.

What attachment types do you offer?

Velcro (male or female), industrial iron-on, sew-on, safety pin, neodymium magnet. We adapt the attachment to your usage: washable uniform, event, removable name badge, etc.

Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

Yes, on simple request. Your logo files are stored on European servers and embroidery matrices can be destroyed after production. Our security and institutional clients systematically ask for it.

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver everywhere in Europe (France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal). DHL Express shipping from Tunis, customs handled, real-time tracking to your warehouse.

Which logo file formats do you accept?

PDF, AI, EPS, SVG (vector recommended) and high-resolution PNG/JPG. If you only have a low-resolution file, our team vectorises it within 24h. The embroidery file (DST/PES) is provided to you if you wish.
